uber(-ish) While uber is no longer operational in Budapest, Taxify is a regular taxi company that uses the very uber-like Taxify app available from both the Play and App stores. Taxis generally arrive in 6 minutes.

Regular taxis You can call TaxiPlus on +36 1 888 8888; they may answer the phone in Hungarian, but you can just ask to speak in English.
